thehoneyinyourtea asked: The OWS movement isn't in support of taking down big businesses. There's plenty of information available online that will clear this up for you.
The entire OWS/Occupy CITY movement is so unorganized and haphazard that its not even worthwhile to participate. Everyone is complaining about everything in these protests - corporate power/greed, government power/greed, “The Feds,” investor power/greed, too much government, too little government, capital punishment, Ron Paul, criticizing Obama, supporting/criticizing the Tea Party Movement, abortions, protesting mayors & governors and it goes on and on.
Here is a fantastic YouTube video of a young protester giving a rousing, “motivational” speech in the middle of Wall Street. Watch the whole thing - listen to what he says, and what’s around him, and you tell me the one clear defining message that these protesters are trying to communicate. It’s quite difficult - the video sums up the disorganized confusion that is this Occupy movement.
The only thing organized about these protests is that the protests happened in an organized fashion - that is, everyone got together at a specific time and at a specific place. What isn’t organized is their message.
At least the people are protesting peacefully. The moment one region will start a riot, it’ll be a catastrophic chain reaction spreading across America.
Oh the irony/hypocrisy of the Occupy Wall Street protest movement…

Wise words, actually quoted in an interview by Iced Earth guitarist Jon Schaffer.
You have no idea how many people came to see Buckethead. You’d be surprised to hear that the MAJORITY of people were there to see him and him only. Shocking!
FUN FACT: As I was talking to the folks around me, I met a man, who after seeing a Blue Man Group show, found out from one of the blue men that Brian Carrol (AKA Buckethead) and Primus choreographed and wrote the music for their show!!!! Fucking Brilliance.
Fucking Brilliance Indeed! Buckethead > all shred guitarists.

Thanks! Wow, that really means a lot to me. I haven’t been updating as much, and I’ve been thinking about closing this site down. Maybe I’ll let this site go on for a while longer…

Anonymous asked: Why does your grooveshark widget work and mine doesn't? (im not a member, are you?)
Yeah I believe you need to have a username/password so you can access your saved Grooveshark playlists.
Also remember, on the Grooveshark Widgets page you need to link to a saved Grooveshark Playlist. So start adding some songs!
Ulysses Siren Demo 2011 - "Justifiable Homicide" -
Ulysses Siren - a Bay Area Thrash band that recorded 2 supurb demos but never made it big (collected and remastered as Above the Ashes) just released their first new song in over 20 years! And believe me - it’s GOOD!
